Training Agreement & Non-Disclosure Agreement

By booking and attending training with Sharni K hair Ltd also trading as Sharni Knighton Academy and IntelliMESH  you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. Purpose

You (the “Trainee”) are enrolling in specialist education and training delivered by SHARNI K HAIR LTD(the “Trainer”), which includes skills, techniques, know-how, and materials (“Training”).

2. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, techniques, know how, designs, and trademarks shared or demonstrated during the Training (“Training Materials”) remain the exclusive property of the Trainer.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use the Training Materials or methods for the purpose of creating or delivering your own training courses or educational content, without prior written permission from the Trainer.

3. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all Training Materials and information disclosed during the Training confidential and not share, publish, or disclose it to any third party, unless required by law.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the techniques and knowledge gained during the Training only to provide services to your own clients, in a professional capacity.
You may not use the Training Materials or methods to develop or deliver training to others.

5. Non-Competition

For a period of 12 months from the date of your Training, you agree not to offer or promote any training courses or educational content that directly competes with the Trainer’s methods within the United Kingdom.

6. Copyright Notice

All Training Materials are protected under copyright law. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials may result in legal action.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the English courts.

By booking and attending the Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
